James J. Matousek, CPA, MBA
 Jim is a Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years of diversified tax experience in the franchising, manufacturing, retail and pharmaceutical industries.  For over 30 years, Jim worked for Midas International, where he held the position of Director of Taxes and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s federal, multi-state and local taxation activities.  Jim is a former President of the Chicago Tax Club, an adjunct professor at Oakton Community College, and a frequent speaker at professional tax organizations’ conferences, as well as the author of numerous published articles on state tax issues.

Jody L. Padar, CPA, MST
Jody is a Certified Public Accountant experienced with Complex Federal & State Income Tax Compliance for Business & Individuals.  She is a certified QuickBooks® Pro Advisor, and a guest speaker and lecturer for PayCycle.  She has appeared in many trade publications and journals. She previously held positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC and Equity Group Investments.  She is an adjunct professor at Oakton Community College, where she teaches QuickBooks and Income Tax Courses.  Jody is a member of the Chicago Tax Club, and is a triathalon finisher!
